Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Network Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Zscaler ZPA, ZTA, and cloud-based security technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and securing our enterprise network infrastructure while driving Zero Trust adoption across the organization. This role requires expertise in Zscaler platforms, network administration, troubleshooting, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Zero Trust policies to strengthen the organization’s security posture.
Manage, configure, and optimize Zscaler ZPA & ZTA environments.
Maintain and support enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.
Perform root-cause analysis for network and security incidents and drive long-term fixes.
Manage user access, authentication, and application segmentation within Zscaler platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, cloud) to enforce network policies and Zero Trust principles.
Participate in network and security projects, upgrades, and migrations.
Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and audit requirements.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in network administration with strong hands-on exposure to Zscaler ZPA & ZTA.
Solid understanding of Zero Trust principles, secure access, and cloud-based security models.
Experience with enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Experience with identity and access management (Okta, Azure AD, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
