Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our growth in the e-commerce, software, and product development sectors across the UK, US, and Canadian markets. The successful candidate will be adept at cultivating relationships with B2B prospects, uncovering new business opportunities, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Track and report on key performance metrics using CRM tools
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to create personalized and persuasive outreach
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage sales activities is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Pipeline Management: Move qualified leads through the sales funnel by collaborating with the marketing and sales teams. Arrange meetings, calls, or product demos to introduce SourceMash's offerings effectively
Strategic Lead Generation: Research and identify high-value B2B prospects within the focused sector, focusing on potential clients aligned with our target markets. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to attract potential customers
Insight-Driven Selling: Work closely with sales teams to develop detailed account intelligence, relationship maps, and tailor-made solutions using customer insights and analytics tools
Prospect Engagement: Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges. Build and nurture leads to a meeting
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
