Job Description

Own end-to-end SaaS platform architecture across frontend, backend, and GCP. Build scalable APIs, role-based dashboards, and AI-driven features, while implementing secure infrastructure, CI/CD, and RBAC. Collaborate with data teams and mentor developers to deliver high-quality, production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical architecture of the SaaS platform — authentication, multi-tenant data model, API design, frontend, and GCP infrastructure
Design and implement the full web application replacing the Tableau layer — role-based dashboards, conversational AI interface, and export features (PDF, CSV, decks)
Build and enforce CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build / GitHub Actions with Artifact Registry and Cloud Run / GKE
Lead infrastructure-as-code setup using Terraform (VPC, GKE, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Secret Manager, IAM)
Architect and implement secure private VPC model (Cloud Armor WAF, IAP, load balancer, API Gateway, data isolation)
Design and implement multi-tier RBAC (client admin, end-user, feature entitlements based on subscription tiers)
Collaborate with data science team to integrate AI/ML APIs into frontend and backend
Evaluate and integrate conversational AI models into the product
Enforce engineering quality: code reviews, linting, and CI test coverage standards
Mentor and support junior developers through pairing, reviews, and guidance

Requirements

6+ years of full-stack development with lead/architect experience
Strong frontend skills: React + TypeScript, state management (Redux/Zustand/Context), modern build tools (Vite/CRA)
Strong backend skills: Python (FastAPI/Flask), async programming, REST APIs, OpenAPI
Hands-on GCP experience: Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, Secret Manager, VPC, IAM, Cloud SQL
Terraform expertise: modules, remote state (GCS), environment isolation, drift detection
Experience building CI/CD pipelines from scratch (branching, PR gates, env promotion)
Strong security practices: private VPC, IAP, RBAC, secrets management
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and tenant isolation
Integration experience with external APIs and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, etc.)
Data handling: PostgreSQL/Cloud SQL, BigQuery or similar, data retention awareness
Agile experience (Jira, 2-week sprints, remote teams)
Strong written communication and proactive reporting
Nice to Have: Multi-model LLM orchestration or prompt versioning, Firebase Hosting or CDN-based static deployments, Redis / Firestore for session or conversational state, Knowledge of HIPAA / PII compliance (US/Canada), Storybook for UI component libraries, Experience with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code), Background in SaaS analytics products (HR Tech, FinTech, or data-heavy domains)
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
