Job Description

Looking for a detail-oriented Data Executive with 2+ years of experience in B2B data research, structuring, and maintenance. The role focuses on identifying relevant data based on defined ICPs and ensuring high standards of data accuracy, formatting, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and fetch data based on defined ICPS, industries, and target accounts
Extract accurate data for companies, roles, and contact-level information
Use tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and similar platforms for data sourcing
Structure and format data in a clean, standardized, and usable format
Perform data cleaning, deduplication, and validation
Segment data based on industry, role, geography, and other filters
Maintain and update datasets ensuring consistency and accuracy
Manage data within spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems

Requirements

Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar data tools
Strong understanding of data structuring, formatting, and standardization
Experience in data cleaning and deduplication processes
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Basic understanding of ICP-based data identification
Data accuracy and completeness
Data hygiene including clean and structured datasets
Consistency in formatting and segmentation
Turnaround time for data delivery
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
